CHRISTOPHER J. GULOTTA is the
founder of the Gulotta Law Group,
Paradigm and
Real
Estate Data Shield. He is graduate of Fordham University School
of Law. Mr. Gulotta has served as a Continuing Legal Education Faculty Member of
law schools and bar associations including: Fordham University School
of Law, Pace Law School; The Association of the Bar of the City of New
York and the New York State Bar Association. Courses have included:
Mergers and Acquisitions; Commercial Leasing; Rainmaking; Time
Management; Law Office Technology; etc.
Mr. Gulotta has been a Featured Columnist for: The New York
Law Journal; The National Law Journal; New York State Restaurant
Association; Marketing Review; and Convenience Store News, for
whom he has published articles on topics such as: Mergers &
Acquisitions, New Media and Internet Law, Banking and Commercial
Leasing. Mr. Gulotta also
serves on a Pro Bono basis as a lecturer and columnist at the
Entrepreneurial Training Program of The Vietnam Veterans’ Leadership
Program. Mr. Gulotta is a Cum Laude graduate of Fordham University.
Prior to forming The Gulotta
Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Gulotta
clerked at Finley Kumble et al., and thereafter was an associate at
the New York law firms of Baer Marks & Upham, and Sonnenschein
Sherman & Deutsch. Mr.
Gulotta has served on the Board of Directors of: (i) the New York Association of
Mortgage Brokers; (ii) the Community Fund; (iii) Eastchester Volunteer
Ambulance Corp. and is involved in local
community charities and activities such as being a Travel Team Soccer
Coach and League Commissioner for the Eastchester Youth Soccer Association.
