Gulotta graduated from Fordham University School of Law.  He began his legal career and received valuable training as an Associate at a large New York City law firm.  Christopher's professional reputation and qualifications are noted by frequent requests to lecture as a Continuing Legal Education Faculty Member at leading Bar associations and prestigious law schools on various topics including Mergers and Acquisitions, New Media transactions, Commercial Leasing and Law Firm Management.  Mr. Gulotta also regularly publishes articles on emerging legal topics (e.g., Banking, Real Estate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Internet, Finance, Commercial Leasing, Telephony Law, etc.) in professional and scholarly journals such as The New York Law Journal and The National Law Journal.
